At Lux by Lux, we are confident that our pieces are made with the highest quality. So confident, in fact, that we offer a free 3-year warranty to cover every piece you purchase for three years. (with a valid proof of purchase).
This guarantee applies to every one of our products, regardless of where you purchased them. Within three years, if your beloved jewelry needs repair, a stone falls out, or a ring needs to be resized, we'll cover it free of charge.
If your beloved jewelry needs repair, a stone needs to be dropped, or a ring needs to be resized, we offer after-sales service.
Lux by Lux jewelry and watches offer a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. The requirement is that you purchased the item as a consumer on the luxbylux.com website.
From the date of purchase, we will repair your jewelry/watch free of charge within this three-year period. If repair is impossible or disproportionate, we will exchange your item for another item of equal value.
The warranty does not apply in the event of improper use, repair by third parties, lack of care, natural wear and tear, damage caused by normal use (e.g., scratched glass), improper use, or in the event of damage.
Worn parts such as bracelets, leather or satin straps, and batteries are excluded from the warranty.

HOW DO I CLAIM THE WARRANTY?
To claim our warranty service, for a period of three years mentioned above can be contacted by email or phone through our contact form.
It is essential that you include the purchase receipt or invoice in the package .

Use your email address and order number online (found at the top of your order confirmation email) to use our online portal, which will automatically generate the documentation and shipping label you need to send your jewelry to us. If you can't find your order number, you can also log in to your account to see a list of all your orders.
I received my jewelry as a gift
If you have proof of purchase that includes an order number, you can use our online portal. Alternatively, if you didn't receive a gift receipt, Contact the buyer for a copy of the proof of purchase. If you can't get this from the original purchaser, don't worry. Contact our team using WhatsApp, email, or the phone number at the bottom of this page. We may be able to help you locate your receipt or provide further guidance on how to proceed.
I can't find my proof of purchase, can you help me?
We accept many types of proof of purchase, but if you can't find yours, don't worry, you can still take advantage of our lifetime repair service, for a repair fee. This will also activate A new 3-year warranty on your part . As a first step, we recommend contacting our team using the WhatsApp link at the bottom of this page. We may be able to help you locate your receipt, or provide further assistance on how to proceed if not. If you repair an item, the warranty still expires three years from the date of the purchase receipt.
What can I do if my jewelry is out of its 3-year warranty?
If your part is outside of our 3-year warranty , don't worry, we can still repair your part with our Lifetime Repair Service, for a small fee. This will also activate a new 3-year warranty on your part. To get started, visit our 'How the Luxbylux 3-Year Warranty Works' page and simply follow the instructions for the option that best describes how you purchased or received your part. Once we have received your part, our Customer Care Team will contact you to confirm the repair charge.
