It is the customer's obligation to check the merchandise delivered. If the customer requests an exchange due to a product defect at the time of delivery, LUX BY LUX SL will collect the product via courier and exchange it for another in perfect condition, or refund the corresponding amount. LUX BY LUX SL will assume the shipping costs of the new product.
LUX BY LUX SL is not responsible under any circumstances for damages caused by misuse of the goods.
